- Funny, I thought you'd been programming the thing longer than that...
- When I started programming, the Amiga didn't exist and Paul was about 5.

- To elaborate a little bit here, there have been between 9 and 12
- people working full-time at Almathera since the project began.
- Now we have been doing other projects on and off, but for large
- periods of time, all our efforts have been concentrated on 'Genics.
-
- I myself was lead programmer for a while on the as yet unreleased
- 'next generation' version, but let us not forget:-
-
- Jolyon Ralph (lead programmer for most of the project,
- THP (installer, testing, disk compilation, mastering),
- Keith Smith (programming, project management),
- Kriss Daniels ('Widget' interface system, much optimisation),
- Mark Tipper (manual, box design, other art),
- Bob Head (testing),
- Dan Stopani (testing, tech support, sticking stuff in boxes),
- Bruno J Sajno (PR, marketing),
- Bea Ralph (replication sceduling, financial control),
- Emma Ralph (ordering and shipping),
- Paul Ralph (distribution),
-
- Now full time doesn't mean '9 till 5, then go home and watch tv',
- it means working until either we drop dead, or the thing is
- finished. Sometimes we work till 10, sometimes 3am, sometimes
- we just don't stop...
-
- Paul knocked up a second rate shareware demo, and worked on
- it in his spare time (ie. after school) for a little while.
-
- A very small part - certainly no more than any one person
- above, and much less in same cases.
-
- He's been supposedly working on a new version for the past
- year and a bit, but has bugger all to show for it.
-

-
- Because fortunately for us, despite the whining morons out there,
- there are a large number of Amiga owners who actually appreciate
- the fact there are some developers left still sweating blood over
- the Amiga. They're a dying breed mind you...
-
- Jase.
